you can see:
Alternatively, You can upload the speaking file directly if you have recorded it offline.

So you can record the speaking locally in your own computer in MP3 format, and then submit the MP3 file to testbig site.

You may switch the browsers to Chrome or Firefox and try again, or if it still has problems, clear the cache of the browser.
