Writing task 1 process
The diagram provides information about the various stages in the cement production and how it is used in concrete production.
First of all, four compounds namely limestone, crusher, clay and powder are put to the mixer. Following mixing process there, elements are in turn sent to the rotating heater. The mass, which has been obtained, is then treated with grinder. As a result, cement is produced and put inside the bags before going to customers.
As regard the concrete production, four elements are added to the concrete mixer. To illustrate, 15% of cement, 10% of water, ¼ of sand and half of small stones are put there. Following that blending process, a special compound which is used for building purposes is produced.
All in all, cement-making is not an easy process. Because it requires various elements and mixers and of course, a professional worker. By contrast, using cement for manufacturing purposes is much easier.
