the examples are duplicated to the former content, which is not necessary. we can develop other reasons, like:
1. neighbors are physically connected, while friends are mentally connected
2. we can hate/love/indifferent to neighbors, while we like/love friends
3. we can get rid of old friends and find new friends, but we never can get rid of neighbors
and more...
