The number of bee colonies in1970 stood at 4 millions and that was increased to 4.2 millions in 1980. Every ten years the number of bee colonies became fell down over 1 millions from 1980 to 2010, there were 1.8 millions colonies left.
During the same period, the honey production stood at 130.000 tonnes in 1970. That was went down to 110.000 tonnes and rose up again to 120.000 tonnes in 1990. Since 1990, the honey production became decreased every ten years, until 2010. There ere 70.000 tonnes in 2010.
