Overall, it is seen clearly from the given pie charts that pensions remained constant throughout the period and the education and healthcare sector both declined in the following years.
In the year 2010, as regards welfare, it accounted for 8% and experienced a fivefold rise to 13% in 2015. As regards interests and borrowing, it comprised 5% in 2010, which increased to 10% in 2015. The initial figure of the defence was 17% and a decline of 3% was observed at the end.
