Essay topics:

A strong ability to be cooperative and work with others is more valuable than a strong ability to lead others. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

It is hard to deny that developing the ability to lead others seems to be beneficial to people's future career path, and such an opinion may lead impressionable people to generate the idea that the ability to lead others is more valuable. However, as far as effectiveness, mental health, and leadership are concerned, I strongly hold that we should develop our ability to cooperate with others instead of leading others.

First of all, being a cooperative person can enhance the efficiency in communication with academic group members or coworkers. To be more specific, listening to other's ideas carefully and being willing to accept others opinion are typical ways to show your repect to others and your attitude to cooperate, which can help aviod severe conflict and promote the project keep on going smoothly.

Furthmore, the fact that being a leader is energy consuming indicates leadership is harmful for one's mental health. Take my friend Michelle, a group leader in tech company, for example: Michelle is a new leader responsable for a group of eight, and she always need to work overnight to make up for the mistakes that her group member created, which tired her up and eventurally lead her to resign the job and looking for help from psychologist. Had it not been accepting the tiring leading role, Michelle would not have fallen into such depressing situation.

Nevertheless, a voice arises that people who do not possess the ability to lead will never gain promotion in their career. Ironically, one should only learn how to cooperate before he/she learn how to lead. If a person want to be a leader; firstly, he need to gain respect from his group members, and the fundamental way to won others' respect is to be cooperative. In other words, you need to be cooperative before becoming a leader.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
