Overall, the average number of male and female participants increased. Parallel to that, the percentage of university graduates increased significantly, but the percentage of primary school graduates did not.
The number of male learners increased from 2000 to 2010. The number of years the male students learned in 2000 was nearly 9 years, but in 2002 and 2004, it jumped almost 10 years. And from 2008 to 2010, male learners spent more time studying. For a sharp increase in the time of male learners, the increase in study time of female learners is not significant.
