The diagram shows the brick manufacturing process.
It’s clear that there are seven distinct stages of this process from digging to delivery to the customer.
Initially, the digger starts the process by collecting the clay from deserts. After that the metal grid is put on the roller. Then it mixed by sand and water to make solid structure. In next stage there is two ways to turn the product into fine bricks, and the first one is cutting it by wire cutter, or by moulding.
Eventually, it is left in a drying oven from 24 to 48 hours. Gradually, the oven temperature increased to moderate level from 200 to 980 C, after few hours temperature raised to high level between 870 – 1300 C until the colour get changed, and the last stage is lowering the temperature in cooling chamber for two to three days. In the last, packing process is done. The customer delivered the bricks in the end of the manufacturing process.
