Living in world only once time for chance that people have. In fact, today many people have been lived over seventy years old, which means that they are live longer than their ancestor. In my opinion, I see that happening is caused by life style, the way they think positively, and practicing sports.

First, many media advertise about healthy life. They warn for society to control and maintain the main food. It becomes serious and dangerous point if they are not switch food with better one. Thus, people try to make and cook by themselves and consume it continuously. It needs longer process and time and the effect of this habit is healthiness, good and young soul. To conclude, it is important to keep the menu for good nutrition.

Secondly, people realize that good food without practicing sports is nothing. They consume fresh vegetable and fruits every day but they lazy to move their body, hence their immune system of body decreases. So, people needs playing sports like running and swimming, even only 30 minutes every day but they do constant exercise. It is better to keep their body good and avoid from dangerous diseases.

In addition, brain, the center to control the whole body movement and people’ think, is the crucial part for healthiness. Brain can stimulate the way people think, positive or negative attitude, it affects for healthiness. Researcher found that brain has good shape and fitness if people think with the positive way. Hence, it is necessary for people to solve and finish their problems positively, calm, and optimistically.
