On a lighter note, while I am not busy in providing secure access to our customers, I often sneak out of my workspace to add some fun element to the work life of the employees of TechM. I am a core committee member of “Josh”, the in-house stress buster of Tech Mahindra. As a “Josh” member, I am responsible to conduct fun events for our associates ranging from Fun-n-Games to Sports Championships and charity events. Being a part of it, I could realise my inner potentials which I did not realise till I joined TechM. From delivering impromptu speech in front of hundreds of employees to crowd management of really enthusiastic colleagues during fun-n-games, “Josh” has helped me in developing Leadership Quality and maintaining harmonious balance between work and fun.

After graduating from the university, I wanted to have some practical exposure in the industry and gain some hands on experience of the things I learnt as a student.
