Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the defective printer which I have purchased from your shop recently.

Let me explain in detail. My name is Rakesh Soni, resident of Mumbai. Two weeks ago, I have bought HP laser printer with series no M321 with 1 year warranty on 14th Apr’2019. Unfortunately, it has malfunctioned two days ago. First of all, the quality of printing is extremely poor. Moreover, the paper gets jammed so often. In addition, the printer reboots automatically frequently. The specs of this printer is quite high so I believe it might be having some manufacturing defect. It’s quite annoying and frustrating that I am unable to submit my work to my client due to this defective printer. The delay in submission of this assignment may cost me to lose future orders.

I would like to request you to replace me this printer with new one as soon as possible, or else I would like for a full refund. If neither of them is possible then I would take this matter to consumer board.

Yours faithfully,
Rakesh Soni
