Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to share the problem that I have faced during the dinner. I had heard a lot about your restaurant from my friends, so I planned to take my family for a dinner on account of my birthday. I called up the reception and asked her to reserve the seat for 4 members. I was very excited.
I arrived at the restaurant at sharp 7.30 pm and placed the order. There was dish named Prawns chilly for which the restaurant was famous. So, I ordered the same in my main course. While the waiter was serving the dish to all of us, my dad found a cockroach in the dish we ordered. I cant believe my eyes.
I was very disappointed.I didn't feel like eating anything from your restaurant. I can sense how unhygienic your restaurant could be ? There are several people who are eating the food from your restaurant daily. I want you take a serious action against or else I am going to give a very review about the restaurant. This kind of untidiness isn't really expected.
