Write a letter to the bank. Explain what has happened and say what you
would like them to do about it.

Dear Sir,
I am writing you in response to the letter I received from your bank few days ago stating that my account $240 overdrawn and I will be charged $70. I think this mistake is done by your employee.
As you know I was staying in a rented house and my rent directly transfer to the house owner account from my account. Last month I changed my house and I submit one application to you for not deposit the rent anymore to the owner. I have the acknowledgement from your bank of my application.But nothing was done.This month also money deducted from my account and same had been transferred to former owner.
However, I will request to my earlier house owner to return the money.I expect, you will take immediate action to this matter.
