After 80 years, a main road and a bridge were built accross the river as the increase in the number of homes to 200 homes. The area for agricultural purpose was declined exactly a half of that in 1780, to just 2 farmlands together with a plummet in the space for woods.
In 2000, the number of homes continued rising by over a half of that in 1860 to 500 units. Another road had also been erected so as to connect residential land with 2 schools and 3 sports fields in the southern area. There were also five local shops built on the riverbank, next to the wetland for birds.
