Dear Manger, I am writing to you express my gratification about the party that took place in your Hotel "Grand Villa" on last Sunday evening. It was a sheer celebration of the success of our new project which comprised of around fifty leading corporate entities and I am glad to mention that it was a pleasant experience due to various factors.
To begin with, food was very savoury and it was served at optimum temperature which is appreciable. Also, the attending staff was prompt and showed good etiquette's which was the utmost priority as most of the times even in very luxurious high rated Hotels, staff members are not well trained and polite which has an adverse impact on the customers.
Although, I am quite satisfied with most of the things but I firmly believe that by making a few amendments, the popularity and the reputation of your establishment will rise tremendously. For example, the lighting was dark which was inappropriate for such parties, replacing those dim bulbs with brighter ones will improve the whole milieu.
