Canadian research found the different occupations of human that reflects their sleep patterns.

The study reveals five diverse categories. First of all, the students typically have a normal sleep pattern at eight hours at night without interruption, 11 p.m-to-7 a.m. It dues that they spend their time only in the school and usual activity. Their sleeping times are steadily different with the business executives which are lacking by 2 hours, but perhaps because their job takes a busy and stressful time.

By contrast, the mother has less normal sleeping time. Especially, when having young children, she certainly is occupied to care child. At the midnight, 1-3 a.m., the baby usually cries a lot. Of course, baby wakes her mother up. However, mother also has eight hours pattern sleep, although hers is not normal as the student. Another occupation related to a breach time is a doctor. Doctor only sleeps for five hours in the night which is started 1 a.m. to 7 p.m., because he has to control the patients, even less at 3-4 a.m., the emergency situation occasionally needs a doctor.

Finally, truck driver occupation has a unique sleep pattern. When other occupations sleep at night, truck drivers conversely sleep in the morning, noon, and evening. They usually sleep in the disorganized time, 6 p.m., 7-10 a.m., and 4-6 p.m. It is probably because they need to keep driving on the road.

To sum up, if someone needs or loves their occupation, she/he should accept whatever of the consequences, especially in sleep pattern.
