The illustrations demonstrate various steps & ingredients involve in the production of cement & it also depicts how cement is utilized in manufacturing of concrete for construction work.
Overall, it is vivid that both the processes are interconnected as the output of one process is used as the input of other procedure.
To initiate with, the two prime raw materials of cement making process are limestone & clay. Firstly, both the materials are taken in different quantity & they are crushed between two rollers to produce powder. Afterwards, powder is mixed well in a mixer & it is sent to cylindrical rotating heater where heat is supplied to powder from outside. After heating, powder is again grind to properly smash the leftover gravels. Finally, cement produce is packed into bags.
Moving to concrete production, it is clear that it is a simple process which completes in single stage. Interestingly, only ingredients are required to make concrete. Half of the concrete mixture consist of gravel & composition of sand is about quarter. Noticably, proportion of cement is only 15%. These all ingredients are mixed well with 10% water in a round shape mixer. Lastly, concrete is produced which can be used for various building purposes.
