The diagram represent the procedure of producing ethanol fuel form corn.
Overall, it is evident that production of ethanol fuel is long process which requires corn as a prime raw material.
To commence with, firstly corns are collected and stored. They are the basic raw material required for etanol production. Following this, is milling stage where parts of corn are separated for fuel manufacturing. After this, corns are cooked for 4hours. Water is essential for cooking corn. Subsequently, cooked corns undergo fermentation process for 48hours. Fermenting results in the production of liquid and solid by products. Afterwards, by products are eliminated whereas, liquid is purified and finally after purification etanol is produced. Lastly, purified ethanol is stored in specific packaging and transported to various places for use.
