The bar charts compare information about computer ownership, with a further segmentation by level of educational background for a period, from 2002 to 2010.
A slight but gentle surge can be seen in the percentage of the population that possessed a computer over the time. Whereas, more than 50 percent of the population owned computers in 2002, by 2010 less than 75 percent people had a personal computer.
The data analysis by level of education shows a corresponding between higher levels of education to higher levels of computer ownership in both of period. In 2002, merely of approximately 15 percent of those who did not finish high school possessed a computer but this group had rose 3 times bigger by 2010. Furthermore, there were also significant rises, just less than 30 points, for those who graduated from high school or an unfinished college members, it reached 65 percent and 85 percent respectively in 2010.
