Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing in connection with my dissatisfaction on the internet service provided by your company. Unfortunately, during the past two months, the internet service in our area has been having intermittent issues.
Since mid of February, the internet connection within our area are not stable. We are having connectivity issues especially during peak period. Secondly, the internet connection is considerably slow. For example, it took me few minutes just to load a simple Google search engine website.
As you may aware, a lot of University's students are staying around this area. Internet service is one of the most important tool for our studies and researches. Due to the frequent service interruption, we have been unable to complete our projects on time as this badly affect our academic results.
I would appreciate if you can assist to investigate the cause of this interruption and take drastic action to improve your internet service performance.
