Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Chris Haris, a client in your Insurance company. Recently I joined with travel insurance cover under Mr.John Paul, an insurance officer of your company. I am writing this letter to inform you that I have lost my iPod while I was travelling to Colombo to Jaffna by train. I would like to inform that I have covered the cost my of belongings from the insurance scheme.
Let me briefly explain how my iPod looked like. It was a tiny silver color one attached with a white color head set. It was a present from my uncle and it costs around 75000 rupees at present.
I would like to explain the way I how I lost it. I was seated in the corner, and i was listening songs from my iPod. It was with me till I passed more stations.Then I think I had slept some time.
