Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you to show my dissatisfaction towards the quality of food processor that I bought 10 days ago. The model number of food processor is AF 128 AND IS OF TESCO brand.
The problem with the equipment is that it is stopping everytime I operate the processor on its full speed. However, the processor is running normal when operate it at other speeds. I found this problem on the very next day when I started to using it and immediately I phoned your customer care number printed on the booklet which is provided with the equipment. But, the agent on phone was of no use and in fact, the response from the agent was not up to the mark. The agent on the phone was not ready to listen to my problem and asked me to come to the store with the processor for further query.
I am not at all happy with my experience with your store this time, although I never faced any issues with other items that I bought before. I would like you to replace the processor or to give me full refund for the equipment. Also I am hoping that you will make sure that this mistake will not be repeated in the future.
