The given bar chart illustrates the medium fee of the accommodation in the UK during 1980-2005 period while the pie chart provides the information about the proportion between owners, people renting and those with the second houses. Units are mensured in pounds sterling.
Overall, the spectacularly grow in the figure for average price of a house in the UK created a great fell on the proportion of people renting and having the second home in 2005.
It could be clearly seen that the figure for average price of a houses increased yearly over 25 years. There was a slight rise in the medium amount of money for a house from nearly 25,000 to above 30,00 in 1985 which was followed by an increase sharply by over 50,000 in 1990. The medium spending on accommodation in 2000 was increase double than 1990, it continued to rise until it reached the highest amount which was ever recorded with slightly under 200,000 in the last year.
Moving to the pie chart, the figure for renting ranked the greatest percent between 1985 and 1995 with 59% and 53%, respectively, but then it fell dramatically to 44% in 2005. On the other hand, the percentage of owners grew gradually from 34% to 37% in 1995 and 53% in 2005. Likewise, the quantity of the second homes increase at first to 10% during 10 years, but then fell sharply by 7% in 2005.
