The bar chart provided reveals the research whether the customers satisfy with airline services in the United States while the table illustrates the proportion of some categories of air travel in 1999, 2000 and 2007.

It is apparent from the data supplied that the levels of customer who satisfied with the flight facilities were quite high regardless which year or which aspects they researched on.

As is presented in the bar chart, the customers were highly satisfied with the services provided as the percentage of this customers group increased gradually over the eight-year-period between 1999 and 2007. In 1990, satisfactory performance accounted for 65% and then moved upwards to 72% in 2007. While the levels of dissatisfy customers descended gradually from 32% to 24%.

Regarding the table, it shows that there were five categories being considered which the behavior of flight attendances as well as aviation staffs gained the highest proportion of satisfaction among customers constituting with 90% on average each year. Additionally, there was an increase in levels of satisfaction of the airplane tickets prices, which started from 45% in 1999 and then stood for 65% in 2007, whereas the satisfactory performance of flight schedules almost remained stable during the period of eight years. Surprisingly, only 47% of passengers felt comfortable about the plane seats according to the data provided in 2007.
