The chart below shows how frequently people in the USA ate in fast food restaurants between 2003 and 2013. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The bar chart depicts the frequency with which Americans consume fast food at restaurants throughout ten years beginning in 2003.

They seemed to love this junk food on average once or twice a week to once or twice a month. However, the subjects of the chart will be split into two groups in this essay: those who occur frequently and those that occur infrequently.

To begin with, in the preceding group, the rate of individuals eating fast food every day in 2003 was relatively low (4 percent), but it was still greater than the rates in 2006 and 2013, which were very similar (3 percent ). Despite this, the ratio was considerably greater in the frequency of several times a week, approximately more than 4 times in 2003, about 6,6 times in 2006, and over 5 times in 2013. Lower the frequency a little, to once a week, and this group of people ate junk food with this frequency accounted for 31%, 33%, and 27% of the population in the three years indicated.

Despite this, the people who eat fast food once or twice a month had a proportion of 30%, 25%, and 33% in 2003, 2006, and 2013, respectively, which is identical to the preceding frequency group. Furthermore, there was a group that had the lower ratio "a few times a year," precisely, they are 2 percent, 10%, and 18 percent smaller. While the last group, who were known for eating fast food just once in a blue moon, had a recognition rate of 5%, 4%, and 4%, respectively, which was somewhat higher than the group who ate fast food every day.
