The charts below show the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The diagrams illustrate the median ratios in symbolic meals of various kind of nourishments which is supposed to be harmful to health if consumed excessively.
Overall, lunches and dinners consumed by the USA residents have rich content of salt and saturated fat whilst there is a high amount of added sugar in their snacks.
Analyzing the first spice - salt, the chart shows the homology of the breakfast and the lunch when they have the same percentage of consuming sodium which is 14%. In contrast to the above meals, the Americans use salt the most in the dinner with the high statistic of 43%, and lower than it 14% is that of the lunch. Switching to the second diagram, it is obvious to claim that the USA citizens use saturated fat the most in the dinner with the figure of 37%, higher than the lunch 11%. The snack also contributes to the consumption of 21% hydrogenated fat, then is the breakfast with 16% of the contribution.
Finally, the last pie chart shows the Americans' eating sweet habits because the percentage of 42% added sugar in snacks is evaluated to be considerably high. Despite this fact, they use it for almost half less than in the dinner. Furthermore, the lunch and the breakfast are added less manufactured sweeteners owing to their ratio are 19% and 16% respectively, which is considered to be much lower than the meals above.
