The bar chart gives information about the proportion of american who frequently ate in fast food restaurants from 2003 to 2013.

Overall, most people in the USA went to fast food restaurants once a week, between 2003 and 2006, and once or twice a month in 2013. The percentage of people ate at unhealthy cuisine places on a daily basis is the lowest in all three years.

In 2003 and 2006, more than one-third of americans ate at a fast food restaurant once a week; however, these figures decreased significantly to around 28% in 2013. Moreover, the proportion of human going to eat junk food once or twice a month reached 30% in 2003, then it decreased by about 5% after three years. Nonetheless, a number of americans ate junk food experienced upward about 33% in 2013.

The ratio of people who had fast food as a meal several times a week fluctuated in all three years, approximately 18%, 20%, and 16% respectively. Furthermore, the figures of people going out to eat a few times a year are higher than daily eaters. Those who had never eaten in fast food accounted for very small percentages, ranging from 5% and 3%
