The bar graph represents the amount of owner and renter of accommodation in England and Wales during a period of time (1918 to 2011).
Overall, accommodation owner amount decreased dramatically during 1918 to 2001 whereas the rate of tenants increased significantly during the same time.
With regard to time, home with own accommodation had a highest share in 1918 during 1918 to 2011 with 80% despite the accommodation renters amount which had minimum value over these years, about 20%. Then the market shares of accommodation owners and renters changed in opposite sides during this period of time so that the tenants had a growth trend in contrast to downward trend of the owners. As a result, they reached a same market share in 1971 with 50% share for each of them and this trend continued until 2001. consequently, home with rent accommodation had lowest rate with 25% approximately while house with own facilities had its maximum range around 65% in this year.
