Then the market shares of accommodation owners and renters changed in opposite sides during this period of time so that the tenants had a growth trend in contrast to downward trend of the owners. As a result, they reached a same market share in 1971 with 50% share for each of them and this trend continued until 2001. consequently, home with rent accommodation had lowest rate with 25% approximately while house with own facilities had its maximum range around 65% in this year.
