The bar chart compares how much coffee and drink Australian in five different cities consumed.
It is clear that Australian citizens having a habit of going to a café for coffee or tea in last 4 week accounted for the highest proportion, except in Adelaide while the figure for fresh coffee in last 4 weeks reach the lowest point.
Most of Australian in Melbourne took a cup of coffee or tea in café shop in last weeks, with a figure showing around 64%, followed by Hobart, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide with the figure being slightly lower 63%, 61%, 55%, 49%, respectively.
Surprisingly, the proportion of people in all cities who bought fresh coffee in last 4 weeks was lower than 45%, especially figures for Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Hobart was 42%, 44%, 34%, 34% and 38% respectively. The figures for buying instant coffee in all cities was slightly higher than those for buying fresh coffee in all five different cities, even these figures in Brisbane and Adelaide doubled the percentage of Australian buying fresh coffee in the two cities.
