Which conduct the observation of the people's routine purchasing and drinking coffee and tea in five cities of Australia Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart for four weeks. Overall, Sydney, Melbourne, and Hobart people have been visiting more in a cafe for drinking coffee or tea. The demand for fresh coffee is least in all cities. The usage of instant coffee is between 45% to 54% in all cities.
In Sydney, Melbourne, and Hobart more than 60% of inhabitants have been visited a cafe for drinking coffee or tea. Inhabitants of Sydney, Brisbin, and Adelaide purchased instant coffee more than 45%. However, inhabitants of Brisbane and Hobart consume instant coffee more than 50%. In Sydney and Melbourne consumption of fresh coffee is 44% and 42% respectively. In Brisbane and Adelaide consumption of fresh coffee is equal to 34%.In Hobart usage of fresh coffee is 37%.
In addition, in Sydney 43% of inhabitants purchased fresh coffee, 45% got instant coffee, and 61% went to cafes for coffee or tea during the last four weeks. Melbourne used 42% fresh coffee, 46% instant coffee, and 63% visit a cafe for drinking coffee or tea. Brisbane inhabitants purchased 34% fresh coffee, 52% instant coffee, and 55.5% visit a cafe for coffee or tea during the last four weeks.
on the other hand, Adelaide inhabitants purchased 34% fresh coffee, 50% instant coffee, and 49% went to cafes for coffee or tea in the last four weeks. Hobart inhabitants used 38% fresh coffee, 54% bought instant coffee, and 62% went to cafes for coffee or tea in the last four weeks.
