The chart below shows the total number of minutes (in billions) of telephone call in the UK, divided into three categories, from 1995-2002.

Summarise the information by selecting a reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The chart illustrates the account of duration of phone calls in terms of minutes in the UK based on three options during 1995 to 2002.
As described by the chart, three trends were visible throughout the period. Firstly, there was a significant rise in mobile calls with over 40 billions in 2002, which was more than four times than the data in 1995.
Secondly, although the local fixed line was used as the most telephone line for the entire period, the trend reached its peak in 1999 at 90 billion minutes of phone calls after experiencing a gradual increase and starting from 2000, the trend declined radically until it reached to a point with 70 billion minutes, which was the same with the number of phone calls from the beginning year, 1995.
As a contrary, the national and international fixed line witnessed an obvious rise in its minutes throughout the period, based on the fact that the gap between it and the local fixed calls was around 30 billion minutes in 1995 whereas it became only 10 billion minutes in 2002.
To sum up, the total minutes t of mobile calls has increased in the UK throughout the six-year period while the local fixed line faced a declining trend and the national and international fixed line faced with the opposite trend.
