To begin with, 70 billion minutes spent on phone calls by Local line. However, there was a gradual increase seen in the number of minutes on calls by local line until 1999, it accounted for 88. In 1995, the number of minutes spent on phone calls by the National and Internation line was 38 billion. Furthermore, after 4 years, it was increased by 11. Only 2 billion minutes were spent on calls by Mobiles in 1995. Moreover, a drastic increase was noticed in the total number of minutes until 1999, which was increased by 10.
