However, 70 percent water was used for agricultural sector. 22 percent water was used by industrial sector. Industrial sector used almost three times more than domestic sector. The bar graph shows water used by different countries in 2000. Moreover, 69 percent water was used by China for agricultural sector as well as it was three times more than industrial sector. 3 percent water was used by India for industrial sector. Industrial sector closely followed the domestic sector. Besides this, 46 percent water was used by New Zealand for domestic sector. There was bleak difference between usage of water for agricultural and domestic sector. Whereas, 80 percent water was used by Canada for industrial sector and it was ten times more than agricultural sector.
