The pie chart compare the proportions of sodium, saturated fat and added sugar consumed in four typical meals of American people.
It is clear that the unhealthiest meals are at dinner and snack due to consuming too much sodium, saterated fat and added sugar compared to breakfast, the most healthy meal.
Americans eat the big number of sodium and saturated fat at dinner accounted for 43% and 37%, respectively. Likewise, the highest consumption of added sugar is at snack numbered at 42%.
In contrast, breakfast is the healthiest meal compared to others only around 16% in consuming three nutrients. Lunch is less healthy than breakfast but still healthier than dinner and snack. The figure of thest nutrients at lunch is higher than that at breakfast but still lower much than the data of that at dinner and snack.
