The charts below show the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much Summarise the inforamtion by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant

The three pie charts illustrate the proportions of three nutrients (sodium, saturated fat and added sugar) existing in the daily meals of the USA people that too much of them may be harmful, if they overused.

As regards the first, dinner has the overwhelming amount of sodium and saturated fat (43% and 37% respectively), and the added sugar is the main ingredient of the snacks in the figure of 42%. By looking at the pie chart, it is obvious that a mere 14% of sodium is in breakfast as well as snacks, and also a tiny minority of saturated fat and added sugar (both 16%) is for the former. Therefore, dinner by having approximately the highest rate of two ingredients ( sodium:43%, saturated fat:37%) is the most unhealthy meal among others, followed by snacks in terms of its noticeable amount of added sugar (42%). It is worth noting that breakfast can be categorized in healthy meal’s group, and lunch is virtually a normal daily meal in terms of the gradients.

To conclude, all of the daily meals contain the related ingredients that dinner and snacks are more harmful because of the high proportion of them and breakfast can be considered the least harmful meal.
