By looking at the pie chart, it is obvious that a mere 14% of sodium is in breakfast as well as snacks, and also a tiny minority of saturated fat and added sugar (both 16%) is for the former. Therefore, dinner by having approximately the highest rate of two ingredients ( sodium:43%, saturated fat:37%) is the most unhealthy meal among others, followed by snacks in terms of its noticeable amount of added sugar (42%). It is worth noting that breakfast can be categorized in healthy meal’s group, and lunch is virtually a normal daily meal in terms of the gradients.
To conclude, all of the daily meals contain the related ingredients that dinner and snacks are more harmful because of the high proportion of them and breakfast can be considered the least harmful meal.
