The rendered pie charts depict the information pertaining the ratio of sodium, saturated fat and added sugar consumed by average American person on daily basis categorized into three basic meals and snacks.

At a fleeting glance, it is vivid that the most of American people consumes sodium and saturated fat in dinner which is 43% and 37% respectively whereas intake of suagr preserverties is high in the form of snacks with 42%. Secondly, lunch contains 29% sodium and 26% saturated fat, however, it has less sugar accounting for 19%.

Moving further, in terms of breakfast, the ratio of saturated fat and sugar is 16, closely followed by sodium with 14%. Moreover, the consumption of sodium and fat through snacks is 14% and 21% respectively. The daily intake of sugar in form of dinner contributes to less than one third.

Overall, dinner and snacks of average person in the United States of America are most unhealthy as it contains a significant amount of ailing nutrients.
