The charts demonstrates the average of consumption sodium, saturated sugar and added sugar in different meal-time when the data took from United States of America. Overall, it is clear that the healthiest nutrient of american people is when it comes to breakfast-time with very little unhealthy nourishment added while the unhealthiest are dinner and snack-time.

In the first chart, describes the average percentage of sodium which added mostly in the dinner meals over 43% by american. Following this, through the lunch time, sodium added for almost 29% while breakfast and snacks are contains an equal number of sodium. Afterwards, the second chart tell us about how much saturated fat added, 37% is biggest quantity of saturated fat added at the dinner while both snack and lunch meals is 26% and 21% for each. Besides, on the breakfast only 16% contains the nutrient given.

The last but not least is the third chart illustrates portion of added sugar. snacks take in the highest amount (42%), a typical dinner include 23% of added sugar while lunch carry 19% and then breakfast only 16% accommodated added sugar.
