The chart illustrates the proportion of people who posses and lease accommodation from 1918 to 2011 in two different British countries named England and Wales.

Overall, it can be seen in the graph that the trend of citizen who owned houses was increase significantly given the period, while those who rented accommodation decrease over the same time

Regardless, the amount was went down quickly until 2001 and then there was a

steadily increase over 7% in 2011.</p><p class="MsoNormal">A clear difference in another graph, the percentage of families

owned their houses were substantially increased over 10% from 1918 to 1939.

Furthermore, the percentage was remained stable until 1953 and dramatically

increased until 1991. However, there was a slightly rise in the proportion of home

owner from 1991 to 2001 before decreased slowly over next 10 years.</p>
