The charts below show the main reasons for study among students of different age groups and the amount of support they received from employers.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

the first graph illustrates portions of students, who study for different reasons, in many age's intervals, while the second graph gives relatively how much the employers are supporting their employees depending on their

ages.

overall, most students with below 26 years old are studying to get a job (80%), while 10% of them just study because it matches their interest. In contrast, 70% and below 20% of students, whom over 49 years are just studying for the sake of interest and for career respectively. For the second graph, one can see that most employers (more than 60%) are tending to support students who are under 26, while the least years supporting is for students with 30-39 years old.

Getting career was the main aim of students who are under 26 years, decreasing significantly with increasing of student's age, while it is oppositely for students who study because of their interest, their percents were climbed as well the age in increasing, to reach the same percent of interest and career as an aim of study for 40-49 years old students (40% for each reason).

we can see that the support from the employers towards their employees on both time off and help with fees decrease as the age of students increase to hit at bottom of more than 30% to 30-39 years old students, then it rose slightly to more than 40% for over 49 years old students.
