The given charts depict the information about proportion of budget spent by a family eating at home and restaurants during 30 year period ;from 1970 to 2000 whereas graph illustrates the information about the meals eaten by a family at fast food and sitdown restaurants .
Overall,it is evident that eating habits were changed over the time, People nowadays prefer to eat at restaurants instead of wasting their time in cooking at home.
It can be seen that, only 10 percentile of money was spent on eating at restaurants in the year 1970 which was further increased upto 5/ in the following year.Apart from that ,this trend of eating at restaurants rocketed upto 35/and 50/in the year 1990 and 2000 respectively.
Moreover, the line graph reveals that the number of meals consumed by family in fast food and sitdown reastaurants were initially at the same level. In the year1980 1990 the number of meals at fast food reastaurants were inclined to 25 and 50 respectively however it was at the peak in the year 2000.Although ,the trend of eating at sitdown restaurants was barely inclined upto 50.
