The second chart shows the number of complaints from passengers reached a peak in 2003 with 120 people. On the other hand, those had the lowest percentage in 1999 with about 70 people. The figure of complaints went down from 100 people in 2000 to nearly 90 people in 2001 while the opposite was true for those between 2001 and 2003, about 110 passengers in 2002 and 120 passengers in 2003.
