The charts below show the proportions of British students at one university in England who were able to speak other languages in addition to English, in 2000 and 2010.

This table illustrates the comparison of two different years when british people speaking two differnt lanuages in addition to english.

The massive proporation of british students spoke spanish by 30% in 2000 and this figure was replaced by 35% a decade later. The smallest proporation recorded was 10% who spoke two other lanuages and 10% german only.

In 2010, percentage of people speaking no other lanuages was dropped by 10% from 20% in 2000. However, there number of people speaking another language (15%) and two other langaues(10%) increase rapidly by 5% respectively in the next 10 years. People speaking germany remained constant even in year 2010. There was considerable decrease in percentage of british students who were speaking french (15%) in 2000 to 10% in 2010. British people showed special preference towards speaking spanish in 2000 and 2010 also. That's why it accounted for, that this rate was maximum at 35% in 2000 and was further increase to 35% in 2010.
