In overall, English students who able to speak Spanish only constituted a major at one university since the least amount of those learners who able to spoke German only as well as two other languages. However, a significant variations can be observed over the periods.

It can be seen from the information that Spanish language only most popular among British students who able to speak it at specific university in England during the periods which accounted at three in ten between 2000. After one decade it increases steadily and reached at more than a third. Similarly, between2010 ( 10% ), the percentage of English learners who not able to spoken other languages had experienced at two times less of the total percentage as compared with 2000 ( 20% ). In contrast, a growth of 5% can be noticed in the proportion of whose students who speak another languages at one university in England between 2000 ( 15% ) and 2010 ( 10% ).

The charts further prove that from 2000 to 2010 , the number of British learners who spoke German only remained relatively constant at one in ten in England.
