Write a report for a university lecturer, describing the information shown below.
The first chart is a bar chart that compares the number of reasons, which were selected by adults to start studying. The second one is a pie chart that illustrates the breakdown of each course's cost by percent.
Overall, it is clear from the bar chart that while the most popular reason was interest in the subject, the unpopular one was to meet people. Furthermore, what stands out from the pie chart is that although Individual source had the greatest share of the total, the percentage of Taxpayer and Employer made up more than half the amount of money that had to be paid for each course.
Focusing on reasons for studying, interest in the subject and to gain qualifications were the most selected options with 40% and 38% respectively. Following this, reasons listed as helpful for the current job, to improve prospects of promotion, and enjoy learning got between 22% and 20 %. However, the average of these three categories was two times as many as the average obtained from to able to change jobs, and to meet people. What is more, these two last categories had the lowest percentage with 12% and 9% respectively.
Why regards to the cost of each course, the individual source has 40% of the total, which is the highest value in the pie chart.
Furthermore, Taxpayer and Employer both obtained approximately a third of the total, the former got 12%, and the latter reached 9%.
