Having a bird's eye, it is apparent that in breakfast, there is 14% sodium of total, whereas, saturated fat and added sugar are in equal quantity which is 2% more than sodium. It is worth noticing that, in lunch, a person consumes sodium almost less than a third, whilst, saturated fat and added sugar are 26% and 19% in meal respectively.

Delving deeper, snacks contain 14% of sodium, and 21% of saturated fat, where the added sugar is double of saturated fat.Turning to the rest of the details, dinner has more than two fifths of sodium and saturated fat is 5% less of it. Interestingly,added sugar is almost a quarter.

Overall looking, dinner carries the high concentration of all minerals.
