In overall, Spanish language constituted a major for speaking by English students since German spoken in least amount. However, there were lots of transformation can be noticed in all oversea languages which spoken by British students over the periods.
It can be seen from the information that Spanish language was most popular for speaking from Learners of England in both given years which accounted at three in ten in 2000.
