The pie charts illustrate the information about the terms of percentage of British learners which eligible to speaks various foreign languages along with English which was in one decade at particular university in England during 2000 and 2010.

In overall, Spanish language constituted a major for speaking by English students since German spoken in least amount. However, there were lots of transformation can be noticed in all oversea languages which spoken by British students over the periods.

It can be seen from the information that Spanish language was most popular for speaking from Learners of England in both given years which accounted at three in ten in 2000. After one decade, it start inclined steadily at more than a third at specific university of England. Likewise, two another language accounted for one in ten for speaking English students during 2000 and experienced a rise of 5% in the next ten years.

The charts further prove that the proportion of students who from England which speak German only remained constant at 10% in both the time periods. In contrast, an amount of no other languages and French speaks by British learners were found a fifth, 15% and 10% respectively from 2000 to 2010.
