To the begin, 50mm rain occurs in the first quarter of the year. It gradually increased before rise sharply to more than 250mm in june. In the month of July it rises to 330mm. Furthermore, it slightly decreased in the month of August. In the same way, it start decreasing continously towards downwards and comes to 300mm in the month of September. At the last, it largely decreased from 300mm to 150mm, 30mm and 20mm in the month of october, november and december respectively.
As far as trend concerned that the Kolkata temperature stands the coolest condition in beginning year. The figure levelling off in the average of 25 degrees in the month of march. Apart from this, it starts flactuation and gradually fall to nearly 20 degrees at the end of the year.
Overall, it is evident that monthly figure of precipitation in kolkata stabled moderately while the downfall take high percentage in the middle of the year.
