Consumption of Spreads
The line graph gives information on the comparison of three different kinds of Spreads which has been consumed over period given form 1991 to 2007. Generally speaking, the consumption of butter and margarine decreased over this period of time, while it rose, for fat low and reduced spreads. At the beginning, butter was more popular but after 1991, margarine used more till 2001 when low fat and reduced spreads grasped the first rank of consumption among three types.
It is explicitly observed that the amount of using butter began at around 140 grams and then picked at 160 grams in 1986 and then declined sharply. Similarly, margarine was eaten around 90 grams at the beginning and after a little fluctuation dropped to 40 grams at the end of the period.
on the other hand, low fat and reduced spreads started to use in 1996 with the amount of 10 grams approximately and increased dramatically till 2001 when it reached the pick at more than 80 grams and then moderately fall to 70 grams at the end of the period.
