The diagram illustrates the process of manufacturing instant noodles in an automated production line.
As is evident from the diagram, the procedure encompasses 8 main stages. It commences with the combination of flour, water and oil, which is followed by processing and finally culminates in packaging and being ready for sale.
First, the flour stored in silos is brought by trucks. It is then transferred to a mixer. Water and oil are added and all the raw ingredients are allowed to mix. After blending well with each other, the mixture comes out from beneath and is flattened by rollers to become dough sheets. These are then converted into strips before being formed into compact noodles discs.
After that, these noodles discs are fried in oil then left to dry. Once they are dry, they are packed in cups. In addition to noodles, vegetables and spices are added to the cups. The final preparation step is to seal and lable the contents. This completes the process and they are ready to ship.
