Overall, there are seven stages in the brick processes, beginning with the digging up of clay and culminating in delivery.
To begin with, the clay used to make the bricks is dug up from the ground by use of a digger and this clay then placed onto a roller by passing through a metal grid in order to break up the clay into smaller pieces.
After this, sand and water are added to the clay before they placed in a mould to form a brick shape or cut by a wire cutter. This brick formed clay is placing in a drying oven for 24-48 hours before moving to different ovens with three temperatures from moderate (220 to 980) to high (870 to 1300) before cooling at a cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours.
Finally, the bricks from the cooling chamber are then processed with packaging ready to be delivered.
